How do I return a product?

We know that sometimes you’ll need to return a product to us.

Returns Policy: GABA Clothing offers a 14-day return policy from the delivery date to receive a refund or 28 days for a gift voucher.

How to return a product:

  1. Please package the item unworn with the original tags and labels attached. Any products damaged or with signs of wear may not be eligible for a refund.
  2. Please also include the original invoice inside the parcel. If you no longer have the invoice, please simply include a note with your name and order number so that we can locate the return back to you.
  3. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free returns.

What happens next?

  1. Once your return has arrived with us, it will be inspected by our team and processed.
  2. Please allow 5 – 7 working days after it has arrived at our warehouse for your refund to be dispatched.
  3. All refunds will be paid to the original payment method.
  4. You’ll receive an email from our team to confirm once this has happened.

Please note: The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure that they packaged securely to avoid damage during transit. Underwear items, perfumes and socks cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. Please be aware that as per our terms and conditions, if you are returning an item that came with a free item that the free item must also be returned. If not returned, the sale price of the free item will be deducted from your reimbursement.

How long do refunds take?

We will refund any items returned satisfactorily in line with our Returns Policy within a strict 14 days from the delivery tracking confirmation date.

Please highlight on the original invoice that you would like a Refund and for which returned items.

We will refund the price paid for your item and this process can take between 1-2 weeks from the date we receive your returned goods.

We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

You will receive an email notification once your Refund has been processed.

If you return an order placed on a gift voucher, the refund will be applied to the gift voucher, or a new gift voucher will be issued.
